There is no leader of Titan, as there is no singular government. Titan is divided in four regions, each with their own states, provinces, and districts.

 

Luashi Region

The western region of Titan, Luashi, is a Constitutional Monarchy. The royal family is a representational figure, but is able to speak out in decisions made by the parliament

 

Eindrish Region

In the central region, Eindrish, is a Democratic Republic with federal districts. The citizens are equally entitled to elect a representative who can govern people and protect their powers. Each district can pass certain laws, but only under the consent of the central government

 

Sufa Region

The eastern region, Sufa, is a representative democracy with city states. Each island is a city state. Each city state is represented in the government. That governor has to speak out for the city state’s decisions and ideas.
